Hi Brian,

I wanted to write you to thank you for everything you have done for Dee and I. Dee is with me in America only 5 months after I stepped into your office. From our first phone contact to our last meeting after Dee already had her Visa you have always been knowledgeable, friendly and cool. We both really appreciate you and your staff. All of you seemed to have the same sense of purpose that Dee and I had during the entire waiting period. I always felt like there was someone there watching my back through the entire process.

Completely out of your control the U.S. government signed a new law that caused every fianc?e Visa to back up. You helped us navigate through this and you predicted I should get my NOA at the end of June and I did. You projected the application would be approved in early September and it was. Finally you told me to expect the interview in early Oct. with the visa issued within a week after that. Both of those were completely accurate. Seriously, I could almost set my watch by your projections.

Dee always was treated great by your staff. She never felt intimidated or alone as she went through all the bureaucracy and process. The other night we were watching TV and she said, “ You know Sean, I was thinking. We could not have done all the things Brian did for us. I think if Brian not help us I would not be here.” I think she is right or at least it would have taken a lot longer. Whenever I picked up the phone during business hours in Thailand you answered and helped me through any questions or concerns. I have a friend who has gone through the Fianc?e visa process and spent 1.5 to 2 years waiting to be with his wife. That would have been unbearable for us. So you and your staff rock and actually I rock for being lucky enough to have picked the right guy for the job.

We are both so in love and we thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Dear Brian:

It’s been 2 months since Thip’s arrival to the United States and she is adapting very well to her new culture in the United States. We are both extremely happy to be together and are making plans for our future. But we would not have been able to do it without the help of you and your staff.

At first, I was not sure if I was able to handle the application process. Not to mention the different laws between US and Thailand.
